How do I book?
Fill in the form on the Booking page: your request opens in WhatsApp or in your email app, already filled in. You can also call us on +33 7 82 19 57 86, 24/7.
How and when do I pay?
For an advance booking, we send you a card payment link: the booking is confirmed once paid. For an immediate ride or one within the hour, you pay on board, in cash or by card.
Can I cancel?
Yes. More than 24 hours before pick-up, you are refunded 100%. Less than 24 hours before, 50% is refunded. If you are not there at the agreed time, the ride is not refunded.
My flight or train is delayed, what happens?
Give us your flight or train number when you book. We follow the real schedule and adjust the pick-up, with no waiting charge if you are delayed.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver welcomes you in the arrivals hall with a sign or tablet bearing your name.
